Solve the issue within a non-designer organization by using creative thinking
- Aimed to clear up the issue within a non-designer organization by using creative techniques, and solve it through a verbal-visual co-creation activity.
- Designed and facilitated a co-creation workshop and conducted it with a local non-designer organization, Savannah Constuming Academy (SCA), to reshape how a group of people from an organization acquired knowledge and explored issues and ideas through hands-on creative exercises.
- The main outcome was a framework which could help non-designer organizations discover and solve internal problems. It included three main stages: problem exploration, idea generation, and implementation. Different techniques were given to each stage, allowing the user to choose the suitable technique according to their different situations, therefore applying this framework in different areas and industries.
