A recent study found that in the last five years of life, the costs of a person with dementia, on average, total more than $287,000. Thus, we can calculate the average cost for one person is $57,400 per year.
IDEA
We aim to offer products for helping relieve patients’ symptoms, and provide service to support caregivers.


At the beginning, Alzheimer’s relevant people are our target customers. For them, they need professional help of caring patients and some devices which can relieve Alzheimer‘s symptoms. All of their needs and our value position are about medicinal care. While, with company’s development, we plan to explore new markets and other different kinds of customers. Our App is also available for people who need to deal with lots of things every day, such as housewife, college students and white collars. The App can help them to arrange their daily activities and remind some important issues. In addition, people who want to have a healthy lifestyle also can be our users. This kinds of people really care about their physical condition and need annual health check. We can provide self-management plan for them and record their health data with some electronic devices.

• On the first three years, company focus on the beachhead market and only develop products and service for Alzheimer’s relevant industry. In order to distribute products quickly, we could find some partners, such as hospital and medicinal stores. Moreover, use different accesses to create awareness and reputation among the public. The mission during this period of time is to enter the market and popularize new product. In addition, occupy the market in a short time and build a well-deserved reputation for our brand.

• After the first three years, company will begin to enter other adjacent markets. Some people have lots of tasks everyday, such as housewife, college students and white collars. We will develop another App for helping this kinds of people to arrange their daily lives. It will be a different market and some new target customers. In order to pitch them, we could do more advertisement on social media, such as Facebook and Google. An important mission on this stage is keeping our existing customers, and find new opportunities at same time.

• After the early exploration, the company will try to provide more professional service of healthcare, and support to people’s daily lives. Some kinds of people, especially who have a high life standard, always have annual health check to ensure they are in good condition. So we plan to design a set of electronic devices with App, in order to record users’ health data and create a report for them. The mission on this stage is completing whole service system and products line, but it should on the basis of keeping existing customers and fulfilling orders.
